Protean is a 3-day group-learning retreat to help you connect with your body and explore your impact in groups.

Over the course of the weekend, you will access your creativity to discover new ways of engaging with your values, collaborating with others, and shaping our collective future.

What will the weekend entail?

Protean uses a variety of methods to take you on a journey of self and collective realization.

Below are some of the activities you can expect during our time together:

  • Physical movement scores to (re)connect with your body.

  • Group communication including navigating interpersonal differences, integrating your values within a group, soliciting feedback, and more.

  • Experimenting with new ways to move your body in relation to others’ movement.

  • Didactic sessions on group dynamics.

  • Collaborating together on a small group project.

  • Guided journal exercises and periods of reflection.

  • Time to relax and explore nature.

  • Meals and social time.
